The role

 

This is an entry level role, so no previous experience is required.

​

The role is for a 4 day week contract. Salary £22,000.

 

We’re a startup so need a self starter who is happy to work both in London and at home. We have a great product, and we want our account management team to ensure that every client interaction with SeeViews is a brilliant experience.
 

The primary role of our new account manager will be to support the sales team in building attractive, detailed and compelling responses to briefs, liaise with our partners to activate campaigns, report on progress and optimizing campaigns, and generally be an ambassador for SeeViews.

 

The successful candidate should have superb attention to detail, brilliant customer service and interpersonal skills and impeccable organization and administration skills.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that running campaigns with SeeViews is a pleasant and effective experience.

  • Campaign Execution: Execute campaign briefs from planning to delivery, ensuring all aspects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in organising and booking campaigns with our advertisers once all preparations are in place.

  • Campaign Monitoring: Track all live campaigns and proactively identify and flag any issues or performance-related concerns with publishers.

  • Reporting: Create weekly reports, providing detailed insights into campaign performance.

  • Campaign Delivery: Ensure the full delivery of campaigns, meeting all client expectations and goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Create Performance and Cost Analysis reports for all campaigns to evaluate their success and make data-driven improvements.

  • Internal data Management: Keep the internal campaign tracker up to date with all changes and discussion points, maintaining a comprehensive record of campaign details and pulling out valuable insights for our customers.

 

Requirements:

  • A self-starter who can take responsibility for developing new ways of working to constantly raise the bar of our output

  • Enjoys working in a team

  • Loves to meet new people, forge new relationships and communicate.

  • Curious, motivated and hard working

  • Ambitious, outgoing & personable

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a skill for identifying opportunities, opening and developing business relationships and generating incremental revenue

  • A ‘get it done’ attitude and an understanding of how to break down barriers and overcome objections

  • Proficient in Excel, Canva and keynote is preferred.
